We live near Portsmouth and operate on a small-scale basis with the emphasis on hand-made individuality - each meal is unique. Our meals are hand-prepared and cooked by us in our kitchens at home.

We use only British meat, mostly from our local butcher, and our ingredients are locally-sourced wherever possible - even including herbs from our gardens. We don't use any artificial colourings or flavourings and the only time we use artificial preservatives is when they have already been added by someone else (bacon for example). We are registered with Havant Borough Council and have been inspected by Environmental Health.
